HOW I GOT HERE
I never thought I’d agree with the HCG diet or be willing to give myself injections, but I do and I am.
I looked and searched and researched and could find NO actual evidence of anything bad happening because of hcg. Even at the dosage for fertility, I didn’t find anything. That surprised me. A lot!
I love my doctor and trust her. I do believe it’s important to know where your HCG is coming from and that injections are more pure and better. But I understand that it’s expensive and I would support anyone trying to lose weight and get healthy.
I’m not selling anything here and will never have an HCG product to promote.
Every time I tried to find information on HCG I wound up at a site selling a product. That’s fine, but it wasn’t what I wanted.
I want to focus on these next 40 days and get ready for the next phase. This is my life. This is an opportunity for me to make a change I’ve wanted to make for 30 years.
My doctor does a slightly higher calorie diet and I really approve of that. It’s more like 700-800 calories. Most of the negativity I found about this diet and even my own initial predjudice was about that 500 calorie diet. It just doesn’t sound healthy. I did an 800 calorie diet with Medifast and it was all food products containing chemicals and it’s so easy to regain and gain more after that diet.
This is much healthier and I hope to be an example of someone getting healthy, fit and changing their metabolism for good.
