HCG food ideas…

I went into this diet thinking I have no problem with culinary monotony and that I’d be happy eating the same things every day… make it easy.

Well, I had a spontaneous creative burst one night when I couldn’t face another lettuce meal. It’s nothing fancy and still is very simple, but I hadn’t thought of these things before.

Here they are in hopes someone might find an idea just when they need it.

Just some Random Ideas

Celery: I just had it sitting in the fridge for so long, thinking I’m not going to just eat Celery.. But then I chopped it all up and sauteed it with a touch of Braggs. I use my Frittata pan and cover it for a bit to soften the celery. I like it just softened, but not mushy. It’s great! Great with a can of tuna or chicken breast.

Spinach: sauteed with touch of braggs or just salt. If you toss with the egg option- hard boiled (1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites), it got a spinach salad vibe.

Greek Yogurt: add one packet of Stevia. I’d never thought of this and had never used Stevia before, but holy cow, it’s great!!
